Block IP´s, switch off webaccess?

can i switch off the webaccess of twonkymedia or better
block different ip´s.

In our network also user who is not see all my mediadata.

(Synology DS101 with Twonky Version 4.4.4 RC1)

Your can also answer in german. I can better understand it.
