Hi. I purchased a lifetime upgeade license for TwonkyMedia a while ago. The latest version that I have been using is 4.2. I decided to go ahead and install the current build. However, it appears that there is a new registration scheme that requires a license key. I was never provided with a key. I tried using the tool on the main page to get a lost key, but my email address has since changed, so that does not do me any good. I also tried the change of address tool, but that rquires a current license key. Looks like I'm in a catch-22. I'd appreciate it if someone can assist me in obtaining a registration key for 4.4. Thanks.

You need to email support with your details to get the new key.

How long does it usually take to hear back from support? I sent an email three days ago and have not yet heard back. Thanks.

Well, it's been a week and I've sent two emails to support, with no response. Quite frustrating...

So nearly two weeks have gone by and still no word from support. My trial is now expired so I cannot use the current build of the server. Is there any trick that I should be aware of in order to get a response?

I can't say why you are having trouble contacting them. It's certainy unusual.
