TWONKY 3.1 - Where is internet radio favorites stored?

I use 3.1 because it seems to work better with my old linksys wml11b. recently I tried to set up internet radio favorite stations. I found the radio.m3u example included, and made my changes but twonky doesn't seem to be finding them. I wanted to be sure I knew where radio.m3u is supposed to be stored,i.e., which folder, and if there are settings that need to change to use it.
