Share only certain music formats?

Most of my music is divided between mp3's and flac.
Is there any way (other than totally reorganizing my music folder structure) to only share mp3's with twonky?
The reason I want to do this is because playing the flac files on my xbox 360 doesn't work and I'm left with lots of unplayable music in the music library of my 360.
