Twonky Support - Do they watch these forums?

I've downloaded the evaluation copy of Twonky and have now logged to post on this forum and even logged a support call, as yet I've had no response or updates.

Are Twonky monitoring these forum's, even if there's no solution to my questions I'd prefer a 'this is not support' instead of being left guessing. In summary my two post are:

Problems with getting the Sony Media streamer working, other users are having problems.
How to configure custom radio streams.

It's just a little disappointing that I'm not getting any updates on these questions.

This forum/fora are peer-to-peer only. Trial software is almost always unsupported, and Twonky is not unusual in this regard. The purpose of trial/evaluation is to determine if it can work with your hardware, and can perform to your specific needs. You may have hardware/needs that Twonky cannot overcome.
