After reset error with license key

Hey All,
Somethings up with my install have 4.4 installed using twonkymedia-armel-uclibc-0.9.28.zip my issue is when i enter my key all is ok then when i do a reset and start up again i get an error stating that the key is in use on another instance of the server. Any ideas?
