Twonkyvision, dns323, and Internet Radio Stations

I'm running Twonky 4.4.4 on a DNS 323, and I can't seem to set up internet radio stations under Twonky.
I've copied the radio.m3u file that came with the Twonky install to the Twonky directory on the DNS 323, but no client, including the ROKU, can see it.
Any help?
