BUG: Client type cannot be manually changed in 4.4.4

Hello, I upgraded from 4.4.3.1 to 4.4.4. I am running a Pinnacle ShowCenter 200 which is a Syabas Firmware based client; but is automatically detected as a Generic Media Player. In order to be able to play wav-files on this client it has to be manually changed to a Syabas Firmware based client in the Twonky server settings. This worked without any problem in 4.4.3.1; In 4.4.4, however, I am not able to save the manually changed settings for a client. The server switches immediately back to "Generic Media Player". Until 4.4.3.1 the client type setting was linked to the IP-address of the client. In 4.4.4 this was altered to be linked to the client's MAC-address. Evidently there is a bug when one tries to save the manually changed setting. I am wondering if somebody else has noticed this behavior. 4.4.4 is worthless for me !
