How to install Twonky on a network hard drive

Post by tomk1981 » Tue Apr 01, 2008 12:32 pm

I have a freecom network drive which I have all my music stored on. This drive is recognised on my windows vista laptop.

I want to be able to stream my music from the network drive to my xbox 360.

However when I use the xbox360 and change the music source although my network drive is there as an option when I select it there is no music to be found. If I upload some of my music onto the laptop the xbox360 finds it no problem.

I had some advice to install Twonky on the network drive and this would sort the problem out but I have no idea how to install Twonky on the network hard drive????

Can anyone help

Extra info to note is that the drive is formatted in FAT32 and in case this means anything the firmware on the network drive is NAS2891-009T3 LOADER 3.2.
Also I believe that the Network drive uses Windows NT 4.9 Server to connect to my wireless network

Thanks in advance for anyones help
