forgot my password on TS-209 NAS

Hello,
I have a Qnap TS-209 NAS and configured the Twonky server with a login and password. The big, big problem is I forgot what the login and password are.
Is there a way to reset the Twonky login on this NAS? I already reset the whole device, however it still doesn't work.
Hope someone can help me out here.
