Files over 4GB don't play on the PC

I have installed Twonky 4.4.4i for media streaming to my PS3 and to PCs. Everything works great on the PS3, but on the PC's I am getting a "Problem with file" error on all videos over 4GB in size. The PS3 is running firmware 2.3 and that works without a hitch (great 
). I have tried two clients on the PC - Windows Media Player and PowerDVD. Smaller .VOBs run fine.
Setup:
Server OS is Windows Server 2003
Client PCs are Vista Business SP1
Twonky Media version 4.4.4i running as a service
Media files are all MPeg2 (.VOB)
There are 160 videos in the database
Network is wired Gigabit Ethernet.
