Navigation tree bug ?

I'm testing twonky 4.4.4 before buying it, but i have a problem with the navigation tree.
I'm testing through web access.

I explain with an example regarding the IMAGES : (but the same bug exists with Music)
I start from original simple tree which has a node called "date" with:
YEAR -
MONTH -

I want to add one level, so I select "custom" type, add a new level so that :
YEAR -
MONTH -
DIRECTORY -

I restart the server and unfortunately it does NOT work, i still have a (huge) list of pictures directly after MONTH.
twonky just ignores the new level i have programmed !

I have checked the configuration again and it has been correctly memorized.

????????????????????

I have then created a new node with only:

YEAR -
DIRECTORY -

AND IT WORKS PERFECT! strange ?

has anybody managed to have a node like this for the pictures :

YEAR -
MONTH -
DIRECTORY -

This question was rather a test to see how could be the support...
Unfortunately it seems that twonky did'nt pass that test !

If i cannot get any support, i will not buy twonky !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
