4.4.5 where do i get the installation files for LS Pro/Live?

Hi, I have a licence and am currently running 4.4.4 RC3 on my Linkstation.

Can I upgrade to 4.4.5 and if so where do I dowload the installation files.

Also, if I want to install the latest Beta version, where do I get the LS files?

I found the versions for anything other than windows and i386 linux under the FAQ pages on the Twonky site here
