Hello,

I just ordered TwonkyVision Media Server, and after taking my credit card info, their computer says:

"Sorry, an error occurred. Please contact accounting@twonkyvision.com to get your license information."

But it offers no further order details. So, what am I supposed to tell them when I contact them? And this forum says not to expect any official support. I must say I'm a bit upset about it. Now my credit card is processed, but I have no key. Lovely.

The exact same thing happened to me.

I ordered Twonkyvision and went thru the payment process and got the same error page. My credit card was indeed charged, but when I try the "lost key" link, I get an email saying I'm not a registered user.
Can someone at Twonky please answer my 4 emails?
