I see little replies to peoples requests for help.
7 days later after a forum post, and 3 emails later, I've heard nothing from Twonkyvision.
Is this normal?
Just how bad are support?
Re: Just how bad are support?
There seems to be no support at all.
At this moment I can only advise not to buy this product if you expect good support and a good working piece of software.

Re: Just how bad are support?
I've got Connect 360, which works fine, but only for Xbox 360, not my photo frames.
I've looked at Media Tomb on osx, but can't get it working.
I don't mind spending the money, but it must work, as I need to get it working on 4 picture frames!
So 4 x licenses.

Re: Just how bad are support?
Uhm, unless your picture frames are the Media Servers, there is no need to buy 4 licenses because you have 4 Clients recieving data from Twonky.

4 different macs, 4 different streams.
2 landscape, 2 portrait.
2 landscape, 2 portrait.
Re: Just how bad are support?
I think Twonky is loosing the support from their users. Many people who participate in the beta email-list ask to be removed
from this list. And the people at Twonky do nothing. It seems they don't care about us anymore.

Re: Just how bad are support?
Support is via EMAIL ONLY as has been posted numerous times. Are people saying that they are getting no feedback from EMAIL requests for help? I got responses to my requests for help via email.
