icon for twonky media not working

hi iam a newbe . but i have had a twonky media for a trial and it worked a treat i was very pleased but now i have bought it i cant get the icon to stay on my desk top, i have to install it each time but its must be my faultas i had to pay a man to install it for me the first time , then the trial was up and i bought it and it said i had to download a new version of it , so i did and then it would not stream to my tv so i checked my setingings like my music and my videos and it was all there it looked the same as it did before i bought it although i bought it and put in the reg key i was sent it now works but if i turn my computer of and on again i have to install it all over again

if any one could help me i would be greatful but dont get to tecnical as iam a bit thick
