fresh downloaded twonky doesn't work

Hello,
I wanna try the 30 day Twonky version to stream to my PS3. Because I have some problems with my current Tversity setup - it freezes from time to time but this is another story. I stopped the TVersity service before I installed Twonky Vision.
I tried 2 setups but 2 wont work.
Setup 1 - PC Installation
- Quad Core, 4 GB RAM, german XP-SP2, firewall disabeld
- installed the downloaded TV (4.4.7), the service does run
- I can't reach the config site http://myip:9000/config (there is for a short second a page with a link "configure" - but the another page reloads with the IE error message, that the URL isn't avaiable
Setup 2 - MAC OS X
- 2.8 Ghz iMAC, 4 GB RAM, MAC OS X 10.5.4 (german language), firewall disabled
- the package (seems 4.4.6) installed correctly, there are 3 new desktop links for stop and configure
- the installation routine restart the MAC at least
- after reboot I get an "alias not available" error if I click the configure link
- there is no application at the finders "programs"
Could someone help my out there? I'd prefer to have all my media at the MAC and could stream my iTunes libary too but I'm also happy if someone could help the PC setup.
