Sometimes Videos are bucking

Hello all,
I am not sure if "bucking" is the right english word but I will explain my problem.
In some divx Videos it is bucking at places where a lot of things should be show. For example snow, lot of audience, lot of people a moving fast and so on. Do somebody have an idea what I can try?
