Problem on Buffalo Terastation Home Server

Hi there, I've successfully installed the latest version of Twonky media server on a Buffalo Terastation Home Server. Everything was working well so I bought a full licence. However the next day I found I could not access the server from my Soundbridge. Looking tonight I'm finding that it stops responding via the browser interface after a period of time, maybe about 60 minutes. Checking a process listing on the Buffalo shows that ther number of twonkym processes has increased since I first started the server.
So when I first booted up the Buffalo (at 19:42) I have the following processes (via ps -fed):
root 843 1 0 19:42 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 844 843 0 19:42 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 849 844 0 19:42 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 850 849 0 19:42 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 851 849 0 19:42 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 852 849 0 19:42 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 853 849 0 19:42 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 854 849 0 19:42 ? 00:00:01 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 855 849 0 19:42 ? 00:01:08 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
In addition to the above I now (at 22:48) have:
root 8775 849 0 21:11 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 9131 849 0 21:15 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 9140 849 0 21:15 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 14638 849 0 22:19 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 14735 849 0 22:20 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 14832 849 0 22:21 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 14932 849 0 22:22 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 15027 849 0 22:23 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
root 15118 849 0 22:25 ? 00:00:00 /mnt/array1/share/twonky/twonkym
I think I'm getting an extra twonkym process each time I try to connect (unsuccessfully) via the url http://192.168.0.12:9000/config.
Has anyone encountered this before and can suggest a solution? Thanks.
