Movie/Music database tagger, specifically albumart

Hi I'm currently moving all my movies and music onto my newly brought 4tb Qnap 409 that uses twonkymedia to stream to my ps3.
I'm interested in doing this only once so i'd like to do it properly.
So i am making sure all the naming conventions are correct e.g ( full title of the film (year) or Artist-Track)
i'd also like to get the album art and movie art for each of the files.

After a little searching I've found a programme called mp3tag that is supposed to automatically collect the albumart for each mp3 track. (I haven't tried it yet, and if anyone can think of a better one please let me know)
What I'd like to know if anyone knows of a programme that would do the same for movie files?
