Does nobody monitor Twonky's support/billing email?

I tried to purchase a license on Saturday.
For whatever reason (the server just says an error occurred) it didn't work and said to email (whatever) to get it sorted.
In 3 days I''ve had no response.
Can anyone here help or get in touch with whoever needs to deal with this?
If my money is taken and I have no license I'm going to be very p*ssed off.
