Artist tag missing from DB

I'm running 4.4.9 on a QNAP TS-109II and none of artist tags for the 9,000+ MP3 files are in Twonky's DB.

I've been struggling with this for days.

I've confirmed it with a Denon 3808 as well as XBMC.

I've reset TwonkyMedia server to defaults and started again, rebuild db (many times), quadruple checked that the tags are proper in the MP3, etc.

Please someone help!

I don't get it!

Am I the only person to have ever experienced this problem?

Is there anyone who either works for Twonky or is super-knowledgable about the media server on this board that can help?

I tried calling Twonky but there's not a number to be found.

I called packetvision and couldn't reach a live person - I tried many ways.

So not only is this buggy, but there's no help of any sort available.
