Hi,
I have a license problem with Twonky Server (4.x)
I filled in the contact form nearly a week ago and apart from an automated response stating it would be followed up 'shortly' I have not heard a peep.
Does anyone know how long this usually takes?
Is there a way of tracking support tickets on the website? - I can't find anything, but then the website appears to be geared towards just selling more copies.
Also, since this new website went live, all old links (including the majority of those in the FAQ section of this forum, and those in live software) are now broken. I'm sure the relevant people are probably aware of this, but are any of them likely to be fixed?
