Server Configurations - Internet Radio, Internet VIdeo

I read the readme.txt file and it says settings can be done in the:

The server is configured via the twonkyvision-mediaserver.ini file.
I cannot find this file, there is a default file that has some settings, but they are not the same as I have configured inside of TMM.
What I'm looking at doing is enabling the radio, and modifying the URLs or genre's so I can add additional URLs. It says shoutcast, and Vtuner? shoutcast, is working with the genres, but I'm looking at how I can setup my own streams.
what about custom media feeds for things like hulu, etc.
