Before purchasing a licence key for the twonkymedia server version 4.4.11 - I just wanted to check I was purchasing the correct licence.

When going to buy, only 1 option is shown - Twonky Media Manager 1.0.

I've seen references to Media server licence 5 in these forums - have these all been deleted now - and there is just the one licence type?

Will this work with version 4.4.11 ok (and not insist on running the media manager)?

A TMM5 licence will work with TMS 4.4.11 and allow you to run TMM5 when you want to move to TMM.

Thanks, as long as I can run TMS 4.4.11 I'm fine.

I have given up trying to run TMM 5 - I wasted two weeks trying to get it to work reliably. So I can't see myself rushing to try again.

The new twonkymedia webiste is sooo confusing and terrible - searching and download ONLY Server Version is impossible - seems they want to sell only the TMM (wich included a Win32 Serverversion).

And the NAS Version (wich I only want and I pay for) is and will not be supported!?

I was able to purchase the server version only by clicking on the Looking for Mac or Linux Versions? link. Here is the direct link: http://www.twonkyvision.de/buy_mac.html The key I got from that worked fine in my NAS 4.4.11 version. It states it is a TMS 5 license on the purchase page, so it should work with version 5 as well (I haven't verified).
