Help- all tracks, playlist everything gone

Hi, I am a new user and I have had Twonky 1.0.0.115 installed for four days. However, all the information has disappeared. All the artists, titles and playlists have gone. It seems as if it has re-set. Here is nothing to play. Any advise is welcome. Thank you.
