Hi,
My media is stored in /var/spool/media. If I add this path to the twonky server, I get a message in the log saying that it is skipping this directory because it's on a 'black list'.
What directories are on this black list? Can I remove them?
This is the latest v5.x by the way.

Blacklisted directories
Re: Blacklisted directories
The same problem here.
I have the linux server version 4.4 that worked fine for years. Today I decided to test version 5.
But this version did not find any file when scanning the media directories. Then I enabled logging, and read that these directories are black listed. Great...

Found this solution in the forum: http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.ph ... ist#p21246
Create a symbolic link to your content directory in the twonky installation directory. Then add this link as content directory via web interface. Then these files are found.
Really don't know why they make it so complicated and don't mention this point in the readme or the web interface.

Re: Blacklisted directories
Not really a 'solution', but I guess it works.
Would rather I could just tell it where my stuff was...
