TwonkyMedia Server not working properly with Freecom NDPRO

Hi all,
I have a FREECOM NETWORK DRIVE PRO (500GB) NAS DEVICE and it comes with TwonkyMedia Server. Anyways, it was working fine for the first couple of weeks (with a PlayStation 3). However, now when I go to Basic Setup -> Sharing -> Content Locations - I cannot change any of the values. The values are blank, as you can see in the attached screenshot (and below).
When I try to change them, or save any changes - to ANY part of the media server configuration, none of the values are changed. I have tried a database re-scan, but no luck for that either. I would rather not reset the hard drive, as then it would take a long time to put the stuff back on it (and I don't want this problem to occur again)! I have attached another screenshot with the "Info" part of the configuration - please feel free to ask if you need any more screenshots of any other bits. If I need to upgrade my version, I'd appreciate if you could explain to me how to do so - as I can only use Windows / Mac (not PuTTY and Linux)!
Oh yeah, I can't use the logging bit (because of the problem I stated). But some other statistics:

Oh yeah, I can't use the logging bit (because of the problem I stated). But some other statistics:
- TwonkyMedia version -> 4.4.2
Server hardware -> Freecom Network Drive Pro 500GB (NAS DEVICE)
Operating System -> Linux I think
If you are running as a system service (Windows only) -> Nope
Client(s) and their software version -> Umm? Only the PS3 uses the Media Server ATM
Type(s) of media you are having problems with -> All media, I can't choose any folders
How many files you have in your database -> In the files I want to scan, 1.48 GB music = ~300 files, 31.2 GB pictures = ~10,800 files.
Network type (Wired/Wireless) -> Hard Drive is connected via Wired, but PS3 is Wireless, other computers in network are wired / wireless.
