I am using TwonkyMedia 4.4.4 with a D Link DSM 520 and XP Pro. Works fine except I have to manually restart the Twonky server everytime I reboot XP. How can I configureTwonky to autostart after rebooting.

If I remember well (I have been running twonky on a NAS for years), you just need to declare the Twonky server.exe as a 'service'.
But, I think / thought that the installer was already doing that (unless you answer 'no').
I think if you do a Search you will find more details about this as this has been discussed in the past (years ago).
