Twonky media server and mkv files

I know this has been asked before, but I can't find a definative answer; it seems that version 4 doesn't support MKVs, but I was hoping that version 5 does?

So, to make this useful for others; can someone give a definative answer to: what formats are supported by what versions of Twonky Media Server ?

I did find this: http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5070, but it's over a year old, so does it still apply?
