How do I add radio stations that don't appear in the Shoutcast or the Internet Radio lists?

You need to create a playlist with the URL to the stream.

Simple steps to do this:
1) Run Notepad (or your favorite text editor on other platforms)
2) Enter the following

#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:,<Name of Stream Goes Here>
http://yourstationaddress.com:8000/goeshere

3) Save the file with a name of your choice and a .M3U extension

Once you have the .M3U file, put it into the directory you have TwonkyMedia searching for music.

Lastly, make sure you have enabled "Shoutcast" in the "Internet Radio" section of the TwonkyMedia Server configuration and force a re-scan.

Your stream should appear shortly after that.

I'm convinced I have something fundamentally wrong with my Twonky Setup for Radio, but this post gave me a little hope.

Ever since I installed Twonky (4.4) I had Shoutcast and vTuner turned on and every genre ticked but nothing ever appeared.

Now I tried adding a manual station as follows, and it still didn't work, but at least got some messages to pass on.

First I created an M3U file like this topic explained, containing this...
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:,EMUZYKA - Classic Metal
http://www.shoutcast.com/shoutcast_play ... tentFlag=1

But in the listing I get "Unknown" as the description. I tried using quotes on the EXTINF line, dropping the comma etc, but it still stayed unknown.

When I click on the link to "play" the station through the browser interface I get -
Not Found
/httpproxy//O1$4$134217757$2550137471.mp3/Unknown.mp3 was not found on this server.

Any help greatfully received
