Over the internet ?

Hi
I got the license for the last media server.
I use to work fine localy on my lan.it works
The question is:
- How to do work Twonky server over the internet on a dedicated server ?
I would like to use a dedicated server and host a twonky server, so i could connect to music all over the world
Is it possible, how can i do that ?
I got DENON AVR3808, may pc, an internet router/modem
