Hi everyone.

I am new to the TwonkyMedia Server.
I read the Enableweb streaming how-to article, and am having trouble with the Twonkyvision-mediaserver.ini file.
first of all, it is encoded in a way, none of my text editors can really read it... so I convert it, using a Hex Editor...

some changes I do, like to contentdir, work fine... but when I try changing enableweb from 2 to 1, it does not work...
after restarting the server, the value is always 2 again.

(And the option for that in the Network menu of the config page is no longer available since I updated to the latest version (4.4.17)

can someone please help me?

Every option can also be changed via browser.
http://YOUR IP:9000/rpc/set_option?OPTION=VALUE
(if Your twonkyserver listens on port 9000)
So to change i.e. the enableweb value, type at Your browser:
http.//YOUR IP:9000/rpc/set_option?enableweb=1

A restart of the server may be required.

It worked fine.

Unfortunatly it behaved in a way I didn't expect.
I thouhgt it would block the access to the config page for external access (over port 9100 for example), and still allow it for the 9000.
Is the a ways to do that?
because since it runs on my NAS, I can access it from the localhost, but I don't want the config panel to be accessible from the internet neither.
