“Server Not Found” message Twonky/Netgear DG834G v.3 router

HELP! I can access Twonky server content when my pc is connected directly to my tv (via Ethernet cable). However, when configured as pc to router then router to tv (via Ethernet cable) I get ‘Server Not Found’ message on the tv. I can access the internet with the latter configuration (via the router) but I can't access the server.
I have checked and re-checked my router settings but haven’t solved the problem yet. Has anyone had a similar problem or know what the solution may be, please?

I have the exact same problem.

The problem is that my configuration has worked a week ago. I have connected an ethernet cable from my Panasonic TX-P42V10 to my router and my laptop (with TwonkyMedia Server installed) is connected wireless to the network. Now, all of a sudden, it doesn't work, and a "Server Not Found" message displays on the tv.

When I enter the Media Server Settings in TwonkyMedia Server, and look under Media Receivers the Panasonic Viera doesn't show up anymore - and once it did.
