'splitting' server

Hi there. I have a folder of music which is in lower resolution and slowly I am adding files to a separate folder in FLAC format.
Twonky has tabs on both these servers but obviously lumps it all in for UPNP devices to see. What I could do with is seeing is my folders after selecting my server. So as well as 'artist/album, genra/album' etc I would see my folder names.
Is this possible?
