Video Thumbnails

Has anyone figured out how to have a thumbnail .jpg for a video besides using the "Folder.jpg" technique? (which necessitates that you add another folder level). Ideally I want to have all my movies with thumbnails show up in the same folder (without having to view "All Movies" since I have too many movies to do that). I'm using a PS3. Thanks.
