opening twonky media server the first time.

I have just downloaded Twonky Media Server, and when I try to open it I get a user account control box appear asking if I want to allow this program to make changes to this computer. Regardless of wether I click yes or no the box disappears but then nothing happens. I click on the Twonky Icon again to open it and the user account control box just comes back again. What am I doing wrong? I am using windows 7. Any help would be much appreciated.
