Enable transcoding for Debian

Hi at all,
i just got the twonkey server running on my debian x64 system, by using apt-get install ia32-libs.
Thanks for the hint goes to mgillespie
Now i want to enable the transcoding features in the webfrontend.
But all check boxes are grey.
Did i need to install some additional codec?
If yes can please somebody tell me the correct package names?
I hope i didn't need to compile the twonkey server by my own?
