UPnP plug in for iTunes

Hi,
I own a Pure Avanti flow radio and would like to stream whatever iTunes is playing on my PC to the Pure radio (I use an iPhone to remote control iTunes). I've read that TwonkyMedia Server can be used to give iTunes UPnP server functionality, see below. Can anyone tell me if this is true, how to do it and whether it'll give me the functionality I want.
