Internet Radio and Navigation Tree

Hi,
I am using TwonkyServer 4.4.7 and it works quite fine with my compoments. (Linn DS, PS3, Popcorn, Noxon2).
Is there any benefit in updating to 5.x Server?
Can I integrate a specific internet radio station (URL)?
Can I customize the navigation tree?
(I am using a Ipod touch with Songbook - perfect with a customized navigation tree)
