WMP 12 Ignores Navigation Tree

When I connect to my twonkymedia server installation from XBMC, everything works fine - I can browse my videos by folder the way I'd expect to. However, when I use WMP 12 that comes with Windows 7, all my videos are lumped together. Is there any way around this?
