Unable to open configuration page

I previously had Twonky running successfully in Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10. Between 9.04 and 9.10 I simply copied my twonky directory to the new installation, and everything worked great. I have since reinstalled 9.10, and used the same method of copying the twonky directory over.

The Twonky server shows up in my Xbox 360, but there are no media inside. I tried to open the configuration html file to tell the software to look, but when I try to open it in Firefox, I get the following response.
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:9003.
How can I fix this?

Have you tried using the actual IP address of the PC instead of the loopback address? Also why are you using 9003 as the port instead of the default 9000?

I don't know why 9003 is coming up. It's just the way the config.html file did things. I also tried typing in 9000, but same result.

I also tried my actual IP addres with 9000 and 9003. For example, I typed the following

The result was the same error as before.
