Duplicate receivers in TMS 5.1.1

I've noticed an issue with TMS 5.1.1. When I select a non-default navigation tree for a receiver, restarting the Twonky services causes the devices to be detected again using the default navigation tree. This results in the default tree being used instead of the tree that I manually select. I've attached a screenshot to demonstrate. Anyone else have this issue or know of a work-around?
