TMS 5.1.1 WHS + Samsung UN46B7100

Hi
I'm using the above and have noticed that I can only FFWD/Rewind (I really mean jump forwards & backwards) if the movie is less than 1hr 49mins. Is this a known issue with either TMS or the TV?
Also, I have to rebuild the database almost every time I add a set of movies to the server.
