Hi,
I've got exactly the same problem, using Safari and Firefox on the MacMini (10.6.2). I'm a new user (just got me a licence for Twonky), so I've got some config updates to go... :(
Anyone familiar with this problem?
Thanks,
Peter

same result here. Even if I edit INI beforehand after upgrading to 5.1.2, webapp does permit me to save any changes.
If I make the changes directly to INI and leave server to build database without trying to change/save settings it also does not work.
All browsers same result so must be something else. Used jedit UTF16 for editing INI.
Had to downgrade to 5.0.68 which now works again.
To downgrade, I deleted TMS app in /applications as well as /db folder in <user>/library/application support/twonkymediaserver/

TMS on OSX10.6.2 iMac Intel with 4GB RAM
AV is Denon 3808

I had a similar problem. I could not register because I could not enter the config page.
On my macBook I did get the config page.
Later I considered that maybe it was due to difference in number of items in the the shared folders.
On the config page it shows the number of files for video, audio and pics.
This number on my iMac was huge. It was still calculating the number and maybe rebuilding the database.

Anyhow, I managed to get to the config page, by moving all my video, music and picture content temporarily to a different folder. Immediately Safari (and Firefox, and Camino) was able to show the config page and I was able to enter my serial key!

For the rest: I'm extremely satisfied with the program! It shows almost every file from my Mac on my Samsung LED TV.
