need to put navigation tree xml on WD network drive

Post by funkster » Sat Dec 26, 2009 8:40 pm

I consider myself quite tech savvy but since the last update of my WD mybook world edition (with which came the Twonky server update to 5.1) I´m stranded with the standard navigation tree which is no good for me.

So the Twonky server is part of the WD drives firmware. How (if possible at all) do I put a new navigation tree XML on the WD network drive or into it´s firmware???

any help or comment is appreciated (even "forget it dude!").

thanks in advance.

PS. the new twonky version might be more stable and faster and technically more sophisticated but in the end I´m now lacking usability.
... and why do I now see a boring grey background if no covers are found. my players default is a black/blue background and this is now overruled by a totally boring greyish background which also makes the white font harder to read.
