How to creat playlists

Hi
I have TwonkyMedia Server running on an HP MediaSmart Server and a Panasonic TX-P46G15 networkable plasma. The plasa can see all my video's and picture but I am trying to make playlist's that run be run from the playlist folder shown on the plasma screen. Any idear how i do this and where i put the playlist on the server ????
