I do not remember my username and password to access the TMS

Hello everyone, I'm new here, I need help accessing to TMS because I do not remember my username and password I put in the settings page.
What can I do to regain access to TMS?
My operating system is Windows XP
When I try to access to TMS I get a message that says:
Venus The server requires a username and password.
Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password are sent in an unsafe way (basic authentication without secure connection).
Also tell me the 401 unauthorized message.
I should add that I have TMS installed on the media player not on the PC.
The media player is a CM3GD-Conceptronic.
Everything worked perfectly until I put by mistake a user name and password then could not remember the settings page.
Thanks, greetings from Alicante (Spain).

From a browser type http:\\<your-server-ip>:9000\rpc\get_option?accessuser to return your current username. This might remind you of what password you set.
Type http:\\<your-server-ip>:9000\rpc\set_option?accessuser= to set your username to blank and http:\\<your-server-ip>:9000\rpc\set_option?accesspwd= to do the same for your password.

Hello again, I tried to put the links you have provided in my browser and do not lead me anywhere.
Could it be that I'm not doing well?.
Do I have to put it in the browser or elsewhere?.
Because putting it in the browser does not work.
Should I try something else?
Thanks, greetings.

Mine are just representative links - you need to put your server's ip address in the link instead of <your-server-ip>. Something like 192.168.1.150.
What address do you use for your server's config page?

If I already did so, but gave no result.
What happens is that I do not know which is the address of the config page.
I'm a little lost.
Thank you.

From a web browser on the PC type the address http://<ip-address-of-Conceptronic-server>:9000/config - that should give the config page. http://<ip-address-of-Conceptronic-server>:9000/webbrowse should give the Twonky browser page.
Can you find the twonkyvision-mediaserver.ini file on the Conceptronic? The values accessuser and accesspwd contain your username and password (encrypted, though). ip shows your IP address and httpport shows the port used i.e. the 9000 in my examples.
Please post what you find in this INI file.

I know his website.
I contacted them by e-mail.
I'll wait to respond.
PeeBee Thanks for your help, I'll tell you what I meet them.
Wait till next week.
Thank you.

Surely you know the IP Address of the CM3GD-Conceptronic device attached to your network?

Hi, yes, because I put the IP address
PeeBee I must say that the problem was solved.
I really dont know what the reason is resolved.
After two days I thought CM3GD restore defaults.
I have also received an update on the TMS.
Currently works perfectly.
I hope it never happens again
Thanks for your help.

I dont use the device, but some things are the same
The file you want is "twonkyvision-mediaserver.ini" not "twonkyvision-mediaserver.ini.default"
What happens when you do this - http ://<server_ip_address>:9000/rpc/get_all
Does it return anything ?
