Client.db settings for Microsoft IPTV

I recently purchased a Western Digital NAS (My Book World Edition White Light) unit with Twonky server installed and I want to use it as a picture server on my network. Currently, I use an XP box running Media Player (Version 11). For my client, I use and AT&T Uverse box.
What I'm finding out is for some reason, the pictures viewed off of the Twonky server are scaled down compared to the pictures viewed off of the XP box (and they are very very slow). After reviewing some of the posts and a few private messages to members of this forum (thanks much for the help), I was able to find the client.db file on my NAS and change some of the settings. The problem is, I can't find one that works.
When I connect to the XP box, the images display full screen (I have a 1080p plasma I'm viewing them on) and are very fast to paint. In windows media player, the Uverse box just shows up as an unknown device.
My client setup is a Uverse box, which from what I can tell is running Microsoft IPTV. Digging through some log files, I find this:
UA-WindowPixels: 1280x720
UA-Pixels: 1280x720
UA-Media: tv
UA-VideoSystem: ntsc
UA-DisplayFormat: hd progressive wide
UA-DeviceId: e900e98f-240a-4563-a0e2-017b0451c93a
Accept-Language: en-US
User-Agent: Microsoft-IPTV-Client/1.6 (Windows CE 5.0; Mediaroom 1.6.25080.2)
Accept: */*
Connection: Keep-Alive
I've tried to edit the client.db file and modified the windows ce entry from jpeg_vga to jpeg_hd and had no luck (no images would display then).
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try next?
Thanks
Jay
