No user credentials found After 5.1.2 Upgrade

Hi All,
I upgraded to 5.1.2 TMS and I get "No user credentials found. Can not authorize with the Mediafusion server." when I click on Media Feeds.
I need urgent help with this.
I am Running:
Windows XP
QNAP Server
Twonky Media Server 5.1.2
Mozilla Firefox
Urgent help would be greatly appreciated.
